1. Agreement
By purchasing or using AirconLeads services ("Services"), the client ("you") agrees to these Terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed proposal, the signed proposal prevails for that engagement.
2. Services
AirconLeads provides digital lead-generation services for trade businesses, which may include: Google Business Profile setup, optimisation and management; review generation and reputation systems; call and lead tracking setup; website and landing page build/management; paid advertising management (Google Ads, Meta Ads) on Growth-tier plans; and reporting and strategy support. The specific Services in your plan are those described in your onboarding proposal. AirconLeads may update tools, platforms and methods at its discretion, provided the core service level is maintained.
3. Plans, Fees and Billing
- Core Plan: $500 one-time setup + $497 AUD per calendar month.
- Growth Plan: $500 one-time setup + $997 AUD per calendar month (includes paid ads management; ad spend is paid by you directly to the ad platform).
- The setup fee is payable on signing and is non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each calendar month unless cancelled under clause 8.
- Fees are charged in advance via the payment method you provide. Failed payments: we will attempt re-charging; Services may be suspended after 7 days of non-payment.
- Third-party costs (ad spend, software in your name, domain/registration fees) are your responsibility unless explicitly included in your plan.
4. The 30-Day Guarantee
On your first full billing month, we guarantee delivery of five (5) booked quote calls — defined as: a prospective customer who, having come from a lead source set up or managed by AirconLeads, makes telephone contact with you and books a quotation, site visit, or sales appointment, as evidenced by our call-tracking records or mutual written acknowledgement.
- The guarantee window is 30 days from the date your core asset build (Google Business Profile, tracking, and site/landing page) goes live — not from the payment date.
- A missed call that is never returned by you does not count; a call booked by the prospect directly counts.
- If five booked quote calls are not achieved within the guarantee window provided you have met your obligations in clause 5, your next month's subscription is free.
- The guarantee applies once per engagement (first month) and does not apply to Growth-tier ad-management-only engagements or re-engagements after cancellation.
No revenue guarantee. AirconLeads guarantees booked calls, not conversions, revenue, or profit. Conversion of calls into jobs depends on your pricing, quoting, availability, and service quality.
5. Your Obligations
- Provide accurate business information, licence numbers (e.g. QBCC, ARCtick) and service-area details where requested
- Respond to and follow up leads and calls within a reasonable time (we recommend within one business hour)
- Maintain any business hours, service offerings and profile content you approve
- Grant AirconLeads manager permissions to the platforms we manage (Google Business Profile, Meta, Google Ads, website/DNS as needed)
- Not make material changes to managed assets without notifying us
6. Lead and Data Ownership
Leads, call recordings (where used) and tracking data generated for your business are your business data and will be provided on request. You own your Google Business Profile, ad accounts and website; on engagement end, assets are transferred to you in good order. AirconLeads may use anonymised, aggregated performance data for marketing, provided no client-identifying or lead personal information is disclosed, unless you consent to a named case study.
7. Intellectual Property
Content, copy, ad creative and templates created for your engagement may be used by you for your business indefinitely. AirconLeads retains ownership of its pre-existing frameworks, scripts and systems.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 14 days' written notice to hello@airconleads.com.au. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial-month refunds are given for subscriptions already charged. On cancellation, we transfer all owned assets to you and remove our management access within 7 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirconLeads' total liability arising from the Services is limited to the fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim. AirconLeads is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business opportunities or loss of goodwill, nor for platform changes, suspensions or policy enforcement by third parties (Google, Meta, hosting providers) outside our control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you hold under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
10. Performance Expectations
Lead generation results vary by market, season, service area and competitive conditions. Figures shown in proposals, case studies or marketing materials are historical examples, not forecasts of your results.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy. You warrant that any personal information you provide us has been collected lawfully and that you are authorised to share it.
12. General
Governing law: Queensland, Australia; the parties submit to the courts of Queensland. Amendments: we may update these Terms with 14 days' notice by email or on our website; material adverse changes to the guarantee will not apply retroactively. Entire agreement: these Terms plus your onboarding proposal form the entire agreement. Severability: if any clause is unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.
